I had top surgery done here with Mr Ntanos and I had a very pleasant experience with the clinic and the staff. I definitely felt taken care of, and everyone from nurses to all the doctors were very considerate and kind. The only thing is that the post-surgery recovery rooms are very small and you won’t be able to have anyone there with you but the reception area is very nice so whoever is with you can wait there

I was made to feel at ease and welcome by everyone I spoke with. My Consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me with my decisions, following the significant research I had done beforehand. I feel confident in going forward with my procedure knowing that I will be in safe and skilled hands, with this award winning boutique clinic and with one of the world’s leading surgeons. Thank you

EDIT: The Cadogan Clinic called me to rectify this and I missed their call. I have emailed them back several times and received no response. It appears this was manage to PR rather than care for patients. DO NOT SEE MISS ROZINA ALI! Could not agree more with the other review (Named E F) who states she is dishonest, gas-lighting and grossly unprofessional. It has been several years of me waiting to fully heal after surgery, hoping the results would somehow get better. Unfortunately this has not been the case, and I urge you to look for another doctor who has true care for aesthetics as this is what the surgery is lacking. After my initial surgery, in the first few days, the dissolving stitches which Miss Ali chose to use split apart and tore my nipple. I got in contact with Miss Ali on the day it happened and she dismissed it as normal, I kept pushing to get an appointment and a nurse eventually review it saying they were fine. Had an appointment booked for Monday afternoon, the clinic is closed on a Sunday and I tried to call first thing Monday morning to cancel as I was very unwell. The consultant said I either needed to attend while unwell or they would charge me a cancellation fee, despite the fact I called up first thing Monday morning and could not reach them on Sunday. I paid the cancellation fee purely because I was ill and wanted to let them know - working in a medical background myself I completely understand the need for cancellation fees and failure to attend policies, but if someone is unwell and calls up hours before the appointment to let you know, and you demand they come in anyway despite being sick, it seems like an indicator that money is obviously more important to you than the patient. So I will be finding somewhere else with compassionate and caring doctors instead. Never actually attended so I cannot comment on clinical work.

I had a mastoplexy here a few years back, the scar gel they recommended caused a reaction that worsened my scar, also my surgeon got struck off for sexual harassment but they didn’t tell me, I had to read about it in a newspaper. The surgery went ok, but the aftercare was lacking

I am happy with my lower face lift but I am still experiencing numbness which is gradually going. However I still got a couple of tiny bumps near my mouth which need treatment. Also I am happy with the care and level of service I received from from my Consultant MrTulley, nursing and reception too.

I had my minor procedure at Cadogan Clinic. Mr Parkhouse was brilliant, talked me through every possible thing from the start to the after care instructions. His assistant Claudia was incredibly professional and knowledgeable - he even mentioned himself that he is a lucky surgeon having assistance like that. Very impressive!

My second consultation with Dr Hazim Sadideen was held on March 22nd this year. There was an in depth discussion and forward planning for a follow up surgery after having explanted old PIP breast implants a year ago under his care. Dr Sadideen has supported me over the past year and once again proved to be patient and reassuring explaining all options in great detail and listening to any of my concerns. I have surgery booked with him in June this year and feel fully confident that I remain in the best hands.

Impeccable My personal experience at cadogan clinic was impeccable 👌 Since day one from the first appointment I felt in a safe place The receptionist were all clear and easy to communicate with. The doctor Mr. Hazim Sadedeen with his crew make me at ease and the surgery with the following aftercare appointments went by so smoothly even tho I was a bit scared...but I should say: they definitely know what they're doing Very professional and always on time. All this procedures was during the pandemic so you can imagine the difficulties to keep that balance between safe distances and people to look after. I would definitely recommend this place!

Thank you to Mr Derrick Phillips I would highly recommend Mr Derrick Phillips. He is very professional, friendly and highly skilled at administering Botox. I have had Botox with many different Plastic Surgeon’s and he is one of the few who have taken great care to ensure that I don’t bruise. I tend to bruise easily so I am very grateful, and hope to book in to see him again soon.

The attention to details and patient care is second to none of the private clinics I have been taken care of at. Biggest and loudest shoutout to the amazing nursing team , Vicki, Katie and Rachel , who really went the extra mile to making me feel comfortable and at ease while completing their professional duties and completely pain free ! Highest trust in Dr Sadideen to deliver optimal results. I have been seeing Dr Sadideen for a number of years and trust him completely which is important when having anything done to your face! I find his work to always be of high quality as he achieves an understated, natural look. So you end up looking your best without it being obvious how…

The nursing team were excellent. The nursing team were excellent. Timely attention, very positive and upbeat attitude, The care was administered expertly, and has had the desired remedial effect. The team made the process ' painless' in every respect Could not be better.

I've been seeing Dr Catherine Borysiewicz for dermatological services for 4 years now and am very happy with her care. She is very thorough and takes time to explain everything and answer all questions. Her experience and work in research gives me confidence that the service she offers is at the level I need for my skin cancer related conditions and I am very glad I found her! The Cadagon Clinic is a lovely clinic in an easily accessible location, sometimes administration is a bit challenging but this is no reflection on Dr Borysiewicz.

I had a great experience with Dr Yue I had a great experience with Dr Yue. He addressed all my skin concerns and can with great feedback and help. The treatments were great and he made me feel at ease and the results I’m very happy with!

My experience with Mr. Orfaniotis My experience with Mr. Orfaniotis and his team at the Cadogan Clinic couldn't have been better. The decision to undergo elective surgery can be very daunting, and from our first meeting Mr. Orfaniotis' calm, reassuring and professional nature put me thoroughly at ease. He was very honest with me in discussing my surgery and expectations, answering all my questions comprehensively and making sure that I understood every aspect of the process including the risks. About a week after my surgery, I became concerned about how I was healing and so contacted a member of Mr. Orfaniotis' team, and he made time to see me at the clinic the same day to address my concerns. I went home very happy! I feel very well looked-after by Mr. Orfaniotis and his team; I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
