Extremely disappointed with my experience before and after my hand operation 20/01/2025. The room I shared with another lady was absolutely freezing!! We both mentioned this to the nursing staff on a number of occasions who replied they were frozen also. Obviously having not eaten or drank anything before our operations we felt it was unacceptable to sit for 4/5 hours in a freezing room, this resulted in the Anesthetist struggling with three attempts to put a cannula in my arm. Also my arm block seemed to take a very long time to work with what seemed like several extra injections, I was shivering with cold so much from being in a freezing room for hours beforehand I had to have a heated blanket throughout the entire operation. I have had this operation four months before at Thornby hospital Sheffield on my other hand it was 100% better in every respect. Kinvara hospital is a disgrace although the surgeon Mr Sinha I feel is a brilliant surgeon. My advice avoid this hospital!!

Absolutely brilliant. Had my surgery in the morning and and went home in the afternoon. All the staff were lovely and made sure I was comfortable. Could not fault the surgeon or the hospital. Had my last surgery at Rotherham General and had a terrible time. I would defintely recommend Kinvara.

Dismissive , Rude , Insulting & Arrogent from the outset .

This practice is truly amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and attention I received from the entire staff. The facility was so clean and incredibly comfortable. Every team member was exceptional, but I’d like to give a special thanks to Mr Karri, Shiraz (I hope I’ve spelt his name right) and Theresa for going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you :)

I had my surgery here on 20th November and the hospital was so good. I particularly wanted to mention the nurse who cared for me on the night shift. I didn't get her name lovely polish lady. Very attentive calm and had a good listening ear. The day nurses were great but littlw noisy after you had surgery but It wasn't a big issue. The staff throughout were great and very attentive so thank you for making a not so nice experience into a good outcome Irene

Everyone is so lovely here and look after you. I would recommend. Thanks for the lovely explanation as to why my earlier surgery was cancelled. I look forward to visiting again on 28th.

Been and had a operation today and can't thank the nurses and doctors everyone was lovely made me feel relaxed and let me know everything what was happening I would definitely recommend this hospital.the rooms were lovely they couldn't do enough for me

Had a Hysterectomy here the staff were amazing from reception to surgeon the care was amazing couldn’t do enough for you brilliant hospital all nurses are so friendly & helpful. Thankyou all so much

Had my surgery here on Thursday. What a lovely hospital. Many thanks to Mr Lotfallah and his team for looking after me so well and to my nurses, reception and Mandela for been so attentive... would definitely reccomend this hospital..

I had a consultation with Mr. Legg about problems with my knee and was in having surgery 9 working days later. On the day of the surgery, nothing was too much trouble, everything was spotlessly clean. The follow up post op was fantastic and I was walking with hardly a limp after just 7 days. Everyone was amazing, the receptionists, nurses, doctors and physios and I would definitely highly recommend Kinvara.

Had surgery Today at this hospital and could not be more happy with my experience due to the service and care from all the staff that work here. The doctors/ surgeons were absolutely amazing and the nurses taking care of me were so lovely, kind and patient. I was extremely anxious before hand but soon eased into it all down the all the wonderful staff members here. 10/10 honestly just amazing all round would willingly have an further treatments needed at this establishment, never want to be treated anywhere else

Had day surgery by Mr Garcia on the 16th of Dec 2022. I would like to say how well I was treated Mr Garcia made me feel at ease knowing I had anxiety issues. His anesthetist was brilliant explaining what a nerve block involved. All the nurses and theatre staff were excellent. My hand is healing excellent and I am so pleased .Big thanks to all

Husband just returned home from having operation here and have to say couldn't fault them. From the moment he arrived until the moment he left the care he received was amazing. The surgeons, doctors , nurses and reception staff were professional and courteous and couldn't have done more.

From the moment I walked into the Kinvara private hospital to leaving after my hip replacement, I was looked after by the most friendly, caring team of professionals. Everyone explained their part in my procedure answering any questions I had, this put me at complete ease. Nothing was too much trouble and the aftercare was second to none. I would not hesitate in booking future treatments with the Kinvara. Thank you to all of you for taking great care of me! 😊
