I would never go to anyone else. I had a lot done on my upper eyes and brow- it looks amazing. I wish I had now been brave enough to do my neck- but next year.............. Mr de Siva is just the best. Ellie and Josie were awesome at looking after me. I was super nervous but I shouldn't have been - they are all so brilliant and the "twilight" was incredible- DO IT!!

I found Dr de Silva in my search for a surgeon with the requisite knowledge and skills to correct a cosmetic mistake made in my youth; and having been told that it would be a risky procedure with unpredictable results. Upon deciding to proceed, I found the whole process to be informative and well-managed from start to finish, from beneficial pre-operative steps to the all-important follow-up care. And throughout, I was always made to feel comfortable and valued by the surgery's efficient and caring staff. I'm very pleased with the final results of my procedure and I have Dr de Silva to thank.

Dr Julia De Silva has my utmost praise and admiration. He makes you feel completely relaxed and has an endearing way of thoroughly explaining the procedure in non-technical terms. Nothing is rushed, and you are given every opportunity to ask any question you wish and are gently prompted to do so. The complete experience was one I'm so glad to have taken under such a wonderful artist. The twilight sedation was a revelation and who would want a general anaesthetic after this? The way all the staff interact and make you feel so welcome under such a beautiful surrounding is so memorable. The result surpass my expectations by a very long way and I can't wait for a follow-up consultation in September. I unreservedly recommend Dr Julian De Silva to everyone.

Earlier this year I had several procedures at The London Centre under the care of Dr De Silva and his team with surgery taking over 5 hours The whole process was carried out to the highest standard both pre and post operative The surgery was very invasive but I felt no pain and only mild discomfort afterwards The modern techniques of anaesthesia and the pre and post operative care given insured that my recovery was quick With the skilled team always on hand to offer advice and support during the recovery period If I had to summarise the whole experience I would say that Dr De Silva is at the forefront of the most up to date and pain free approach to facial procedures and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Dr de Silva is a very nice guy but it stops there because all this surgery centre is about is money and when they have yours you're longer relevant. Things go wrong after plastic surgery sometimes and most doctors will correct this for free however dr De silva will ask for a fee and a large fee that you can go on holiday with. Big mistake to go here.
