Arm Lift Surgery Mr El Gawad is professional, kind and an amazing surgeon! I’m delighted with the results and 3 weeks post op my wounds are recovering well. Both before and after my surgery of upper and lower blepharoplasty both Mr. El Gawad and his secretary Rachel were available to speak to whenever I needed and they were always very kind, helpful, and reassuring. Mr. El Gawad even came and held my hand on the recovery ward when I had a bit of a wobble. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and of the treatment I received. Highly recommended.

Had breast implants absolutely love them! Mr A El Gawad was brilliant and couldn’t help enough, I look into the procedure for 2 years and I had many consolation’s but when I see Mr A El Gawad I knew straight away he was the guy! Absolutely fantastic couldn’t recommend him enough. Scaring is brilliant and they are only done 6weeks. Rachel the PA was also so helpful and kind.

Mr. El Gawad has changed my life, I had a Mommy Makeover in June and the confidence it has given me is honestly something else. I have recently undergone rhinoplasty with Mr El Gawad and I honestly can’t fault my care. Mr El Gawad is a highly knowledgeable and talented surgeon, making it that little bit easier when discussing the projection of what I wanted from my surgery. He listened to my wishes/fears, guiding me with what procedure would be most suited to achieve my desired outcomes. I felt at ease throughout the procedure and in very safe, capable hands. Nearly two weeks on and I am already very happy with my results, and feel there’s already a big shift in my confidence, which was the reason for my surgery, to begin with. I would definitely recommend Mr El Gawad and feel very lucky to have had such a great experience, made all the better by a fab team (including Rachel!)
