Dr. Silvistris changed my life. I spent about one-two years with him and through the conversations we had I was able to overcome many obstacles that I was facing. If it were not for him, I doubt I would've been able to be anywhere near where I am today. I was able to refocus my way of thinking and even though it took time, I left every single session with a slightly different perspective than I had before. The two most important things I learned from the whole experience were patience and determination can go a very long way in the right direction.

I would like to say that I felt at a loss and desperate for someone to give me reassurance that there would be light at the end of the tunnel and answers to a fair share of questions. I got all this and more with an understanding that it would be one step at a time but with full support all the way.
