⭐️ Horrible Experience — Do Not Trust This Place I went to this clinic around 4pm today after googling for the nearest healthcare centre. I’m very unwell due to an infection and was (and still am) in a lot of pain and discomfort. Google said this was a healthcare centre, so we came here thinking it was the right place to seek urgent help. I even explained that I’m not a UK resident and that I urgently needed to see someone or find the nearest hospital. My partner is local, but neither of us realized this was a private clinic until we got there. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone. Because of the infection, I went to the toilet quickly, then came back to the desk to ask for help. Since it’s a private and sensitive issue, I tried to quietly explain what I needed — but the receptionist, who already seemed to have an attitude, made me repeat it multiple times loudly, speaking to me in a harsh, demanding tone. I recently had my hair transplant procedure at Mediwell Clinic and I’m so happy with the Hair transplant team. They were very supportive and skilful with the process. I am truly grateful for the care I received from the team.

It is obvious that it is not only a clean and hygienic operation, but also a purely commercial operation. Apart from making an effort for the necessary medication and treatment to improve your health and current condition, it is an operation where they act based on how they can get more money from you and how they can make your bill higher. It has working principles. And it has an incredible price policy and tariff. So, they charge £100 for an ordinary and empty serum and charge £25 for vitamins costing less than £1 for the 2 mg vitamins they try to put as much as they can into it. Paracetamol painkiller is in liquid form, which can be purchased even from an ordinary supermarket that everyone knows. A drug that costs perhaps not even £3 for 2mg. The fact that they billed you £90 for the treatment is proof of their attitude. Please do not allow them to deceive you and take the money from your pocket unjustly. July 2024. We left the house to go to our baby check-up appointment and were called by the secretary while we were on the way. The question came, "Doctor, she is stuck in traffic, can you come in the afternoon?", but my wife and I work hard, and today was one of the difficult hours we had to spare together for an appointment. We said we would call you again this week and we had no problems. The baby excitement took over. But the next sentence informed me that if I did not respond immediately, my next free appointment would have the right to be cancelled. (The second appointment within 10 days is free for those who make the first appointment) What will I be charged extra for if the doctor is late? After that, the lines were disconnected and our satisfaction went to zero, and we wished the other party would be constructive.

I am really pleased with all the staff in the clinic, everyone is so welcoming from the receptionist to the Doctors. Dr. Ayberk snd Dr Yusuf have already treated me and i could not be any happier. Very very professional and i am more than pleased. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone of all age.

I highly recommend anyone experiencing hair problems to get help from MediWell clinic. I was recommended by 2 friends and I’m so glad I decided to go there. All staff are welcoming. I was given honest and professional advice. Nurten the hair transplant manager was amazing took all the time to explain every step of my journey that I hadn’t considered prior to the start of my hair transplant journey.

Truly, and honestly i have been treated like a star so happy with them specially with the hair transplant team they have been amazing 👏🏻

First seen by Dr Haydar; he kindly looked at my wife’s blood test results and gave some advice, he was very knowledgable and friendly. We were then seen by Ayberk who administered the multivitamin drip; again he was really kind, caring and informative. Overall very pleased with the service. Thank you.

I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
