Thank you to Sam and Max for a great level of service. At the initial meeting Sam was informative and he help me expedite the whole process from the get go. Max carried out my hearing test explained a number of features and benefits relating to different manufacturers. I ended up by the Signia product. He also arranged follow up meetings that worked around my busy schedule. I was expecting a good level of service from an independent supplier and I was not disappointed.

I recently had my ears micro suctioned. From when I booked to when the procedure was finished I found the whole experience 5 star. The procedure was completely pain free and Sam explained beforehand exactly what he was going to do and answered any questions I had. He made sure afterwards that I was feeling ok. I can't recommend him highly enough.
