Very good and nice staff

This is a first class service. Fast and no nonsense. The analysis was accurate and I have survived for an extended period on their recommended targeted treatment.

When I read the 1 star reviews AFTER BUYING the test I was terrified I will not get the results back at all, but it was 5 star experience from the moment of buying the test to getting the results back. Day 2 PCR test came the next day after I bought it , it was easy activate and use. I posted back via Royal Mail on Friday morning, they had it in the lab on Saturday 2pm and the results where on my email on Sunday 10am. I thought I share my good review. It's either a good company or I was lucky to get exactly what I paid for :) Hope you find my opinion helpful.

I read poor reviews but decided to order our day 2 test kits because three other couples I knew had used this company with no problems. I found the price was good and service too. After I had posted the kits back to them I queried something by phone. The call was answered promptly and the gentleman who answered was most helpful. I would use them again anytime.

I can't fault this company at all. My day 2 and 8 travel pack came on day 1 and got both sets of results within 3 days of sending them off. My emails were replied to promptly. Thank you for a great service
