I recently became a client at PHI Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! My initial consultation with Dr Amanda Penny felt like a genuine conversation rather than just ticking off forms. My first Botox treatment by her was nothing short of artistry! She performed gentle, thoughtful injections and took the time to ensure a natural, "not done" look. Dr Penny is very personable, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jenna, who helped design a personalized skin treatment plan. She took the time to thoroughly explain the clinic’s range of laser treatments and recommended the best options for addressing my skin concerns. PHI Clinic offers a blend of professionalism, expertise, and warmth. Highly recommend!

Phi Clinic is the only place I trust for treatments. Very pleasant environment. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly receptionist. Charlotte is amazing at providing her expertise. Her professional and friendly manner immediately put me at ease, as I am a nervous person regarding facial treatments. She gives good advise and is never pushy. Her aftercare advise has always been very helpful too. She is a true artist at making you look and feel amazing. A great embassador for PHI Clinic.

I had a phone call with Makeeba at Phi Clinic, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so kind, professional, and approachable—it immediately put me at ease. Makeeba took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel genuinely comfortable, which isn’t always easy when you’re calling about something new! Her warmth and professionalism really stood out, and it’s the reason I decided to book an appointment. I feel like I can trust the clinic completely thanks to her.

I had my first treatment yesterday with Libby, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do it for me. It was a completely positive experience considering I was so nervous and asked many questions . Her patience, kindness, skills and expertise made all the difference as I felt I am in safe hands. I recently visited the PHI clinic to have an Endo lift with Dr Priya verma. The clinic has a very friendly relaxed atmosphere Dr Priya was amazing as I was nervous. She explained the treatment to me every step of the way, making sure that I was comfortable. I will definitely be having more treatments in the near future.

Jenna was fantastic and explained the treatment extremely well. I am often on camera with work and felt self-conscious of my skin. I have had two sessions with her now and already notice the difference. She also recommended me some great products to use!

Really good experience at the phi clinic I’m very glad I chose them and not sure why they only have 4.3 on google ratings (when I was researching they have very good reviews elsewhere hence I chose them). I got Vbeam laser for a broken capillary under my eye and the whole process was really well explained and fast/easy. Yelda explained everything very clearly throughout which gave confidence and the actual treatment was even quicker and painless than I thought! Really happy with everything and highly recommend!
