Overall nice hospital all staff really nice, great experience free coffee however there is always one Joanne Maddison was extremely grumpy almost seemed like she did not want to be there!

Such a great experience. Made me feel really welcome and the doctor and nurse who performed the ultrasound extremely kind and gentle and easy to talk to, took their time and did not mind how many questions. The mammogram nurse was also lovely thank you so much. I've used Holly many times as inpatient and outpatient and never been disappointed. So glad I know it's there when I need it.

I had my colonoscopy procedure here, it was the best procedure I had so far with excellent qualified doctors,nurse,consultants a**** rooms,wards,waiting area or very luxurious

1. Very clean and neat 2. Staffs are welcoming 3. Almost no waiting and queue 4. Appointments are done reasonably quickly 5. Doctor and clinicians are supportive. Additional note: One of my close friends had a nose operation here, he was absolutely satisfied with their service.

Private health care. This was our first visit time will tell how good the treatment is.

Recently attended both a private appointment with a consultant, as well an MRI scan, and had an excellent experience with both. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and it was honestly seamless from start to finish. My consultant was friendly and understanding, and he validated my concerns which was a relief. The MRI process was also smooth, I only had to wait a week after my initial appointment which was such a relief. I’m also terrified of needles but the doctor and nurse were really kind and helped me through it. I really couldn’t recommend The Holly Hospital enough!

So long waited for an appointment to see a neurosurgeon about my spine problems. The appointment was about 2.5 minutes long , and my MRI scan pictures weren't seen neither my comments on them. Rude attitude and complete lack of empathy. The doctor asked me why I was there and what I wanted him to do. I just did not know. I thought after seeing my MRI pictures, he would advise me what my options are, but he said he didn't want to see the pictures. Strange attitude. My peace of advice - if you are an NHS patient, don't bother going in there.

Not long out of surgery,all I can say is from the catering staff to the consultant.There are to many that looked after me,from the 1st op to the 2nd,your the best.Thank you all so much

I have had breast implants and uplift here about 15 years ago and had a great experience. Now 15 years later the surgeon that I had is no longer there. Please please please can someone with breast augmentation or nurse please recommend the best surgeon for breast implants please Thank you. .

From my first experience at the Holy I was not disappointed. Very welcoming and friendly environment. Everyone I dealt with , no matter what level they were , were amazing , caring and never rushed me . My stay following surgery was positive , the food amazing and attention to me as a person not just a patient was outstanding . Would highly recommend to anyone

Reception staff are always helpful and friendly. I cant speak highly enough of the medical care I have received from Dr Gibbs - very professional, supportive very approachable and someone who has given me very good medical advice.

Good clinicians/doctors. But AWFUL at running to time. For a private hospital with a scheduled appointment, you don’t expect to have to wait 25mins.

Worst hospital I’ve ever seen ! I was scheduled for a throat surgery here. They asked me to urgently visit them 1 week before the surgery for pre-assessment tests including blood and covid. I had to change my schedule at the last minute to arrange that because of the mentioned urgency. Then, a couple of days later, I got a call from the pre-assessment nurse Jackie saying that they cannot make my operation because it’s outside the scope of the hospital. This was told 2 days before the operation after I took leaves from the work, arranged 3 weeks recovery time and everything. You should have made the necessary checks before accepting the operation in the first place. I don’t know about their outpatient services, I would definitely not suggest going there for a more serious condition though. Obviously, they don’t have skills to handle complex cases.

Very welcoming atmosphere, the staff are approachable and are willing to help answer your questions.
