Reading the other reviews here, I may have got the wrong impression but I can only give my honest take. It's great that other people had a good experience. I had an initial consultation with Mr Ghei in early October. Before going, I realised that my name had been taken incorrectly over the phone and hadn't been checked, which meant I didn't get email confirmation of my appointment. Despite correcting people when I saw that it was wrong, my name was never updated which made it difficult to claim back the money through my work's health cash plan. Not a big problem, but a small inconvenience that could be solved just by checking spelling over the phone. My appointment was right at the end of the day and I'd travelled quite far to get there, so was pretty tired. When I came into Mr Ghei's office, he asked me to tell the story of my symptoms etc. I felt rushed through this to the outcome of being asked to book in two tests: an ultrasound and urine sample.

Mr Ghei was sympathetic, understanding and immediately responsive when I was in pain and needed reassurance and kidney stones attended to . His PA, Katie was just wonderful.

Mr Ghei is very professional and grasped my problem quickly. He arranged for me to have the test that I required within a week. This proved to be successful so I was able to resume normal life. All the staff at the facilities that I visited were polite and helpful.

I was treated promptly, and in a professional and warm manner by mr Maneesh Ghei ,he organised tests for me and I saw him a week later for a consultation with the results. He gave me some valuable advice on how to manage my condition. He is a credit to his profession. Katie his secretary is also first class in organising tests and answering any questions which might arise a thoroughly professional team

Mr Ghei my Dad's urologist has been amazing. He takes the time to understand Dad, his concerns and to put him at ease. Mr Ghei can not control the fact that Dad has on going problems but he can control Dad's anxiety and distress about it in a very positive way.
