I needed major work —sinus life, bone graft and implant which was pretty scary. Dr aalam and his team were amazing. I am So happy I chose him to do The work after seeing another highly recommended doc. . He explained everything. Is very kind and obviously skilled. His office staff is great and always responsive.. I couldn’t have hoped for a better more professional experience.

I came to see Dr. Alaam after experiencing dental issues my whole life due to extreme poverty. My past history with doctors who lacked compassion gave me severe anxiety with any dental facilities. However, my care was over the top excellent and compassionate. I’d recommend 100% the Center for Advanced Periodontal and Implant Therapy to everyone. I genuinely mean this. 💕🙏

I received excellent care and results from my implant procedure . The team made me very comfortable and explained every step along the way. Dr Aalam and his staff were very kind and professional.The recovery from surgery was easier than I anticipated . Now that I am done, I am very happy with the results and totally would recommend this team to anyone.

Five stars all around! Dr. Aalam and his whole team were so kind and meticulous throughout my gum graft surgery. My surgery went perfectly and they took care of me every step of the way. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable and the office is stunning. My gums are perfectly healed and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Aalam more!

Woooow what an amazing staff everyone were the best till the beginning to end made me feel like if I was with my family ! Got all 4 wisdom tooth extracted sedated ! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. Dr. Alina Krivitsky is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the necessary treatment options, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The level of care and attention to detail that Dr. Alina Krivitsky provided was exceptional. Her expertise in periodontal care is evident, and she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. The treatment I received was thorough and meticulously executed, leaving me confident in the quality of care. Unfortunately, as a delivery driver, the cost of continuing the treatment was beyond my financial means.

Ava is my dental hygienist and I can honestly say one of the most professional caring person I have ever been to .I would seriously have panic attacks every time I needed to go to dentist. But with Ava it’s different her expertise and persona over rides all my fears . I highly recommend Ava and her skills Every visit I have with Ava, I look forward to going to dentist now ,and I know I’m in good hands .I rate her the best dental hygienist I have been to in the 22years living in Los Angeles makes my visit to dentist without the panic .Ava is my number 1 dental hygienist I highly recommend her 💯

I can’t say enough about Dr. Aalam & the whole staff. Been coming for a few years getting treatments. Let me say it’s been easy coming super pain free treatment & how good he is with his work. Super honest & always does what’s best for his patients not what would benefit him. On my routine check ups, what can I say about Ava, she does such a good work & making you feel at home. She takes pride in her work. Always suck good environment overall.
