I am so deeply grateful to this whole team for so many reasons. Not only did they get me on the right path to my weight loss but more importantly they took the measures to get ME healthy. My bloodwork was a hot mess. I was a hot mess. They cared enough to stand by me and lead me step by step to a better more healthier me. The odds were against me. I had a gastric bypass revision. I was only supposed to lose maybe not even half of the weight gained back from the original surgery. But because they led me into a more healthy lifestyle I am now surpassing 100% of the weight gain. My bloodwork is on point. I have told the team I am so utterly grateful they gave me my life back.

The staff was extremely helpful and caring. I was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. They were very tentative to my needs and checked on me regularly throughout my stay. They also answered all of my questions and explained in detail the operative procedure performed once I was out of surgery. The entire staff is nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend! I have been wanting to have this procedure done for the past few years, but something was holding me back…… I tried multiple diets, multiple weight loss programs: Unsuccessful. One of my coworkers recommended me to go through gastric sleeve procedure with Torrence bariatric Institute. Let me tell you as a post op patient and as a nurse!! My experience was outstanding. The care toward my needs started from the front office, Leslie and Gabby whom were amazing!! The promptness of assessment and documentation was remarkable. My Virtual appointments and in person, the staff, the nurses, doctors and PAs were detailed and punctual! I highly recommend this Surgery Center for any needs that will help you to fulfill your weight loss journey.

The doctor and nurses were absolutely amazing and caring. They went above and beyond, more than what I expected. They would constantly check on me and reassure that they are there for me if I need them whether it be now or in the future.

I had an incredible experience with Torrance Bariatric Institute! From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. The surgery went perfectly, and the aftercare and post-op follow-ups were nothing short of amazing. I want to give a special shoutout to my PA, Katie Richardson—she truly went above and beyond to calm my nerves and make me feel confident every step of the way. What really stood out was how quickly they got me on the schedule, which I deeply appreciated. My only suggestion (and it’s more on me than them) would be to avoid scheduling surgery around the holidays, as it created a few minor challenges on my end. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose TBI. I’m excited to continue this journey and highly recommend them to anyone considering bariatric surgery!
