Buongiorno, mi chiamo Carmen e sono italiana. Sono stata in questo ospedale, la mia situazione personale non è stata piacevole, ma in questa struttura ho trovato angeli in camice. Un equipe che è stata eccellente da ogni punto di vista, ma soprattutto umano, con un cuore d'oro. Attenti ad ogni esigenza. Sono stata accolta con amore e dolcezza nonostante il momento terribile che stavo vivendo. Grazie mille a tutti💙 con tutto il cuore

Je trouvais l’accueil correct au secrétariat mais par contre chez le médecin je n’a pas été bien reçu. J’avais plusieurs questions, mais il n’a pas fait l’examen que je m’attendais et finalement j’aurais dû revenir encore deux fois pour la même chose, évidemment afin que je paie. Mais je trouve aussi que la mentalité de ce médecin n’est pas de nos jours mais d’un autre époque, si on ne veut s’occuper des patients et les écouter et surtout gaspiller le temps des patients en parlant d’autre chose on n’est plus au courant de ce qui est exigé dans cette profession ( en plus le bon docteur avait un certain âge qui donne le droit à la retraite). Donc j’ai fini par prendre encore un rdv chez un autre médecin, donc payant double.

- Mon épouse a participé à une étude médicale dans cet hôpital, avant et après son accouchement. Elle a été littéralement "égarée" dans l'hôpital pendant 3 heures après qu'on l'ait emmenée à l'IRM ( où elle a été traitée comme de la m... car l'examen ne pouvait pas lui être facturé, apparemment ) pour un examen de 30 minutes. - Dites adieu à votre intimité, on rentre dans votre chambre comme dans un moulin, que ce soit les sages- femmes comme les femmes de ménage. + Un grand merci à Elora, la sage-femme de l'unité néonat non intensive pour ses bons petits soins. Grâce à ses conseils, son attention, sa gentillesse... le stress de passer par son unité pour une nuit s'est très bien passé au final. + Merci aussi au gentil responsable administratif pour avoir été à la recherche de.mon épouse. + Des chambres de luxe ! + Une opération par césarienne menée de main de maître, avec une gynécologue et une équipe très compétente. Un excellent suivi à ce niveau !
