Born in Ankara in 1968. Completed primary, secondary, and high school education at TED Ankara College between 1974-1985. Entered Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1985. In 1989, worked as an intern in the Plastic Surgery department at Bangour General Hospital in Edinburgh, Scotland for 2 months, and in the Urology/Andrology department at St. Johannsspital in Salzburg, Austria for 1 month in 1990. Graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1991 as the 22nd student. Passed the Medical Specialty Exam (TUS) in 1991 and started working as a research assistant in the Department of Urology at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.

He mainly focuses on uro-oncology, andrology (sexual dysfunction and male infertility), stone diseases, and endoscopic-laparoscopic surgery. He has advanced experience, particularly in endoscopic bladder and prostate surgery, with over 3000 cases performed.

Prof. Dr. Tibet Erdoğru, during his two terms as General Secretary of the Endourology Association, which follows and promotes technological advancements in urological diseases through endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic surgical treatments, has implemented numerous educational projects in Turkey, especially emphasizing the importance of education activities. In recent years, he has also organized and executed educational activities that have gained significant recognition in Turkey and internationally (including Singapore, Malaysia, Brazil, Italy, Spain, Austria, and the Netherlands), with more than 20 signature live surgery and educational projects, where he has served as both organizer and instructor.

Fatih Osman Kurtulus, a distinguished Professor of Urology and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU), embarked on his medical journey graduating from Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine (English), in 1997.His residency at Taksim Teaching and Training Hospital's Urology clinic in 2002 marked a pivotal phase in his career, exposing him to diverse subdivisions within urology. His tenure as the head of the Urology Residents Association of Turkey and representative of the European Society of Residents Urology (ESRU) underscored his leadership and commitment to advancing the field. Prof. Kurtulus actively contributed to national and international meeting organizations, enriching his understanding of global urological practices.

I graduated from medical school in 1991. I finished my urology residency in 1997. Between 1999 and 2000, I worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the pediatric urology department of the Harvard Medical School Children's Hospital in the United States. I got the title of associate professor in 2003 and professor in 2009. In 2014-2015, I did a clinical minor specialization in Minimally Invasive Urological Oncology at the University of Chicago.I am still working at Istanbul Aydın University Medicalpark Florya Hospital.I have American Medical License (ECFMG) and European Urology Qualification (EBU) certificates.
