Evelyn Betsy was raised in Athens after being born in Middlesbrough, England. She completed her secondary education at Arsakeion Lyceum in Athens before pursuing her academic studies at the Medical School of the University of Athens. She received exclusive training in Plastic Surgery in Switzerland.
In 2002, she began her specialty in General Surgery at the Surgical Clinic of Elpis General Hospital of Athens, where she conducted her doctoral thesis while remaining for two years. Following this, she received additional education in Plastic Surgery, exclusively in Switzerland, where she spent 10 years completing her specialty at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University Hospital of Lausanne (CHUV).
