Unfortunately due to a recent illness i had to get my self admitted in the Global Hospital Perumbakkam. However during my stay i was first diagnosed very quickly by the team in the ER and explained my condition and recommended me to get admitted and get myself cured. During my stay in private ward i was take good car by the doctors and the nurse team.
I would like to specially thank Nurses Preetha and Kavitha for the care they provided me and the Entire Housekeeping team who are working hard to keep the env clean all the time.

Was treated for lower respiratory infection at inpatient. Everything about this hospital is very good. The doctor at emergency explained the complications and whether we should get admitted or get treated at home. All the nursing staff was very cheerful and supportive. I was treated by Dr Afsana who gave excellent treatment considering my chronic kidney disease. Really thankful for my recovery.

1. Cost of many services is very high compared to other hospitals especially diagnostics and IP services.
2. At the Master Health checkup Department, the front desk team had a lethargic attitude to the patient queries and few were busy chatting during one of the visit.
3. Additional staff to be arranged for Echo which is often overcrowded & the average waiting time would be more than 2 hrs.
4. At ECG room, the male technician should be sitting in another room or front desk when female patients are being tested to ensure adequate privacy.
5. The Blood collection area surrounding was very poorly maintained & without adequate seating arrangements.
Kindly try to maintain the standards high.
