J'ai bénéficié de la part de la clinique El Cedro à Barcelone, d'un accueil et d'un processus de soin en tous points parfait. Mille merci à toute l'équipe, que ce soit les praticiens ou les assistants pour leur expertise et leur soucis du détail. Tout a été clairement analysé et expliqué dès le premier rendez-vous, et par la suite, les interventions se sont déroulées exactement comme annoncé. Le résultat final, une année plus tard, est conforme à ce qui a été prévu. L'attention au patient est constante, le suivi régulier, le contact facile malgré la distance, l'atmosphère accueillante et bienveillante. La langue française est maitrisée. Le volet administratif est parfaitement géré, avec la remise de tous les documents et explications nécessaires pour la prise en charge et le remboursement. On ne peut que recommander cette clinique.
