WUPDOC REVIEW & COMMENT POLICY
1. PURPOSE & SCOPE
Wupdoc publishes patient reviews and evaluations to guide Users seeking healthcare services worldwide. This Review & Comment Policy ("Policy") sets forth the rules governing comments submitted on www.wupdoc.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY & PROOF OF TREATMENT
2.1. Reviews may be submitted by patients who have received healthcare services from listed Clinics/Providers, whether booked directly through Wupdoc or externally.
2.2. To maintain platform integrity and prevent fraudulent reviews, Wupdoc reserves the right to request reasonable proof of treatment (e.g., appointment confirmation, invoice, or treatment record) from the reviewer, particularly in cases where a review is flagged or disputed by the Clinic. Failure to provide verification upon request may result in non-publication or removal of the review.
3. CONTENT STANDARDS & RESTRICTIONS
Your reviews must be truthful, objective, original, and relevant to your personal treatment experience. The following content is strictly prohibited:
• Contact Information Ban: Reviews must NOT contain phone numbers, email addresses, website links, social media handles, or physical addresses. Any submission containing contact info will be automatically sanitized or rejected.
• Defamation & Insults: Comments containing insults, profanity, hate speech, slander, or personal attacks against medical staff will not be published.
• Medical Negligence & Malpractice Allegations: Unverified medical negligence or malpractice claims will NOT be published unless investigated and officially confirmed by authorized court or governmental bodies.
• Pending Legal Disputes: If an active court case, arbitration, or official investigation exists between the Patient and the Clinic, Wupdoc will refrain from publishing related comments until resolution.
• Second-Hand Information: Comments must reflect the reviewer's first-hand personal experience. Statements based on third-party hearsays will not be published.
4. CLINIC REVIEW & MODERATION PROCESS
4.1. Submitted reviews enter a 24-hour moderation period during which the relevant Clinic is notified. The Clinic may review and flag comments that violate this Policy within 24 hours.
4.2. If no valid flag or objection is raised within 24 hours, the review is automatically published on the Clinic’s profile.
4.3. Wupdoc reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to edit, reject, or remove any review at any time without prior notice if it violates this Policy or legal regulations.
5. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
The reviewer retains sole legal responsibility for the content of their review. Publishing false, misleading, or defamatory statements may carry legal consequences under applicable law. Wupdoc is an intermediary platform and bears no legal liability for user-generated content.
