Bilgehan hocam hem tüp mide hemde safra kesesi ameliyatımı yaptı. Onun sayesinde 54 bedenden 42 bedene düştüm bile ve hala devam ediyor kilo verimim. İnsanlar küçücük operasyona bile girerken korkar ama Bilgehan hocamın enerjisi ve verdiği güvenle gülerek girdim ameliyatıma. İyi ki de güvenmişim sayesinde artık istediğim kıyafetleri giyiyorum yokuş çıkarken nefes nefese kalmıyorum oğlumla yorulmadan çok daha kaliteli zaman geçiriyorum.
