Kerem Al was born and raised in Ankara in 1979. He completed his education at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine between 1998 and 2004.
He was interested in various forms of art and meditation. He chose not to take specialty exams. He worked as an Emergency Room Doctor until 2018. He lived in a village in Cappadocia for 14 years, where he learned many things from skilled craftsmen in different fields. During his time as a doctor, he observed firsthand the impact of pharmaceutical companies on the healthcare system and how they make people dependent on their drugs. This led him to focus on Far Eastern Medicine.

He voluntarily chose not to take any specialization exams. He worked as an emergency room doctor until 2018. Living in a village in Cappadocia for 14 years, he learned various skills from skilled artisans in diverse fields. As a practicing doctor, he personally witnessed the impact of pharmaceutical companies on the healthcare system and their tendency to make people reliant on medication, which drew him to focus on Far Eastern Medicine.
