I had surgery with Dr.Gencer 3 months ago. I came for surgery and the process was really smooth. I booked my surgery trough Hulya who is his international patient coordinator. When I arrived to Istanbul I had a consultation with Dr.Gencer and he explained all the process, he was communicative and I felt he understood what I needed and wanted. The hospital is just luxury! And the nurses were attentive as well, even if they didn’t spoke English they were by my side when I needed help. I didn’t experienced any type of pain, the recovery was very easy and I went alone. Dr. Gencer is very attentive trough instagram too, which I like so I can have direct contact with my doctor. If I had doubts or I needed help he answers within hours. You don’t need to worry about the incisions as they are hidden in the scalp and in some months they won’t be noticeable. This surgery was really important to me and I’m happy I choose Dr.Gencer as my doctor. ALL the process was painless.
