İlk defa 2019 yılında sırt ağrım için gitmiştim. Beni güzel sözleri ile rahatlatıp yardımcı olmuştu. Maalesef 2021 yılı haziran gibi spor sonrasında tekrar sırtımdan bir sakatlık yaşadım ve nadir görülen sırt fıtığım olduğu ortaya çıktı. Bu dönem psikolojim çok bozuldu, genelde bu konuda doktorlar az bilgili ve karamsarlar fakat sayın hocamız hiç öyle değil. Alanında inanılmaz bilgili ve insanı rahatlatıyor. Kontrol amaçlı istediği MR sonuçlarında omurgamda boyun, sırt ve bel gibi bölgelerde birçok küçük fıtık ve iki adette ortaya yakın fıtık olduğunu fakat hayatıma devam etmem gerektiğini ameliyatlık bir durum olmadığını söyledi. Düzenli yaşam, beslenme ile Algoloji hocalarının da yardımıyla ağrısız güzel bir hayata devam edeceğimi anlattı ve içimi gerçekten çok rahatlattı. İlk gittiğimde psikolojim çok bozukken bana arkadaşı gibi bir baba şefkatiyle yaklaşıp içimi rahatlattı.

Bel fıtığı tedavim gerçekleştiren biricik doktorum. Empati yeteneği yüksek, yaklaşımı oldukça sakın ve açıklayıcı olması sebebiyle süreci çok rahat geçirdim. Prof. Surgeon Semih Keskil is a qualified neurosurgeon known for his pioneering contributions to the field. He has achieved several firsts in neurosurgery, including defining the optimum ventricular catheter length calculation formula using ventricular index and designing and manufacturing innovative surgical instruments such as an aspirator with a manual pressure regulator and a self-impact chisel.

Prof. Keskil's expertise extends to the precise removal of the dural tail of meningioma with the aid of neuronavigation and the fixation of an isolated C1 anterior arch fracture with screw and wire, both performed for the first time in the world. He is also credited with designing a nonslip texture scissor and performing cranial screw fixation of an atlas anterior arch fracture, a procedure that had not been done before globally.

In addition to his groundbreaking work, Prof. Keskil is known for his successful performance of minimally invasive fusion surgery for sacroiliac failure, a technique that was introduced in Turkey under his care.
