About Us

Dr. Tolgay Şatana, an esteemed Orthopedist specializing in Arthroscopic and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, was born in 1968 in Ankara. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1991, he completed his compulsory service in Kars Tuzluca and pursued further education at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Şatana has extensive international experience, having trained at Michigan State University and the University of Michigan Ann Arbor.

He has held numerous prestigious positions, including founding-board member roles in global minimally invasive surgery societies. Dr. Şatana is known for pioneering endoscopic spine surgery in Turkey and has trained over 300 surgeons through the TURKMISS courses. He currently practices as a freelance physician, focusing on Endoscopic Spine Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery, with expertise in joint surgery and arthroscopy.
