I know how these words will sound, so I hope you will believe that I am being completely honest. Sheri changed my life. While visiting my bff in Istanbul, she happened to have an appointment for sound therapy and asked if I wanted to have a session as well. I am so glad that I said yes. When compared to years of experience with therapy, though, “session” is too inadequate, too clinical and disconnected for the in depth, personal conversations in which Sheri radiates genuine care, welcome, and interest. It is like reuniting with someone who cares deeply for you and from whom you have been apart for some time. She never talks at me or provide her analysis of what I share. She simply asks questions - oftentimes giving me pause because they are not anything I ever considered asking myself either at all or in relation to the topic at hand. Her easy, nonintrusive, nonjudgemental curiosity allows me to discover myself, my stumbling blocks, my blind spots, my wisdom, and—ultimately—my peace.

About Us

Sheri A. Sayar, the founder of Naad Healing Center, is a renowned sound healer with over two decades of experience across Asia and Europe. After transitioning from a corporate career, she pursued studies in sociology, ancient philosophy, and alternative medicine, specializing in sound healing through intensive training in India and China.

Since founding Naad Healing Center in 2016, Sheri has expanded her transformative sound healing practices to Finland and actively participates in community-building and peace initiatives in the Middle East. As a visionary leader, she also leads the Sonic Womb Project and serves on the advisory board of Ayani Sound Healing Center, furthering holistic healing and sound medicine globally.
