I have been on my treatment with treat direct for just under two months and they have been brilliant. Any issues or question I have I know they are at the end of a phone or email chain. Luckily for me so far my treatment has been fairly good in terms of side effects, just the dry skin and lips and a bit of joint pain but can already see an improvement in my skin and feel so much more confident already. Everyone's experience is different with isotretinoin but I know if my side effects get worse or I am unsure of something I can speak to treat direct and they will help in anyway they can. Their goal is to get you through treatment as quickly as possible which I love as with this drug you do have to amend your lifestyle ie no drinking etc but they always want to make sure you are comfortable and happy if they want to increase your dose. Still have a few months left on my treatment but so happy so far with the service and results I have had. Definitely recommend.

I had started Roaccutane on 01 May 2022… I had started Roaccutane on 01 May 2022 and I have since finished my treatment. I am still amazed how quick everything was arranged for by the team, and how easy it was after the initial consultation / and in issuing my blood test. I had only come across treatdirect through instagram so I was apprehensive at first, but I am SO pleased that I went ahead with treatment. My doctor ( Dr Divya) was very helpful and I was lucky enough to have very minimal side effects during my treatment, as the dosage recommended was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend treatdirect if you have stubborn acne and contemplating whether to go on accutane, I would say was definitely worth it and the plus point of not having to wait for nhs waitlists made the experience super efficient and fast.
