Dr. Charles Lee's passion for plastic surgery has been a driving force throughout his medical education and career. Following medical school, Dr. Lee pursued a residency in facial, head, and neck surgery at Loma Linda Medical Center. This specialized training, also known as facial plastic surgery or otolaryngology, provided him with a solid foundation in surgical techniques and patient care.

Dr. Lee's pursuit of excellence in plastic surgery led him to a pivotal residency under the guidance of Dr. Ralph Millard, a pioneer and revered figure in the field. Dr. Millard's influence was profound, shaping Dr. Lee's approach to surgery and instilling in him a commitment to innovation and patient satisfaction.

After completing his residency with Dr. Millard, Dr. Lee furthered his expertise with an additional two years of training focused on muscle transplantation and pediatric plastic surgery. Seeking to expand his knowledge, he traveled to Hawaii to train with Dr. Robert Flowers, a renowned expert in Asian cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Lee's dedication to advancing the field of plastic surgery is evident in his role as a teacher. He imparts his knowledge and skills through instructional courses at prestigious organizations such as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
