I didn’t have any experience with dentists before, and to be honest, I was terrified to take the first step. I truly believed that with the condition my teeth were in, no one would even consider taking me on. But from the moment I walked into this clinic, everything changed. I was welcomed from Rene with so much warmth, a big smile, patience, and understanding. They didn’t just look at me as a patient with a problem, they saw me as a person who needed help, and they offered it warmly and supportively. The team was incredibly patient and supportive on every stage. (And I had like a lot of stages :P) They never rushed me. They explained everything calmly, and above all, they made me feel safe and valued. What they did with my zirconia teeth is beyond words. They gave me a smile to be proud of, but more than that, they gave me confidence and peace. Since the day I walked out with my new smile, everything in my life has started to go better. It honestly feels like they brought me good luck. I’ve experienced success, happiness, laughs and a sense of self I didn’t know I had. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Vera and Berti, Alba and Megi, Fabi and Rene! You didn’t just treat my teeth, you treated my fear, my doubt, and helped me start over. I’ll never forget it. Mein Mann und ich haben in dieser Klinik Implantate einsetzen lassen. Bevor wir uns dafür entschieden haben, besuchten wir mehrere Kliniken, um Kostenvoranschläge einzuholen. In dieser Klinik habe ich mich sofort sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Man merkt deutlich, dass hier der Patient im Mittelpunkt steht – für alle Fragen und Anliegen ist das Team jederzeit ansprechbar. Von der Planung bis zum Einsetzen der Implantate verlief alles reibungslos. Wir haben uns für Straumann-Implantate entschieden. Die Implantation verlief ohne Komplikationen, und es traten keinerlei Beschwerden auf. Auch in der Zeit nach dem Eingriff war alles gut organisiert. Pürierte Kost ist problemlos in vielen Restaurants erhältlich – man muss einfach nur danach fragen. Wir sind sehr froh, diese Klinik gefunden zu haben, und würden sie jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
