I didn’t have any experience with dentists before, and to be honest, I was terrified to take the first step. I truly believed that with the condition my teeth were in, no one would even consider taking me on. But from the moment I walked into this clinic, everything changed. I was welcomed from Rene with so much warmth, a big smile, patience, and understanding. They didn’t just look at me as a patient with a problem, they saw me as a person who needed help, and they offered it warmly and supportively. The team was incredibly patient and supportive on every stage. (And I had like a lot of stages :P) They never rushed me. They explained everything calmly, and above all, they made me feel safe and valued. What they did with my zirconia teeth is beyond words. They gave me a smile to be proud of, but more than that, they gave me confidence and peace. Since the day I walked out with my new smile, everything in my life has started to go better. It honestly feels like they brought me good luck. I’ve experienced success, happiness, laughs and a sense of self I didn’t know I had. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Vera and Berti, Alba and Megi, Fabi and Rene! You didn’t just treat my teeth, you treated my fear, my doubt, and helped me start over. I’ll never forget it. Mein Mann und ich haben in dieser Klinik Implantate einsetzen lassen. Bevor wir uns dafür entschieden haben, besuchten wir mehrere Kliniken, um Kostenvoranschläge einzuholen. In dieser Klinik habe ich mich sofort sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Man merkt deutlich, dass hier der Patient im Mittelpunkt steht – für alle Fragen und Anliegen ist das Team jederzeit ansprechbar. Von der Planung bis zum Einsetzen der Implantate verlief alles reibungslos. Wir haben uns für Straumann-Implantate entschieden. Die Implantation verlief ohne Komplikationen, und es traten keinerlei Beschwerden auf. Auch in der Zeit nach dem Eingriff war alles gut organisiert. Pürierte Kost ist problemlos in vielen Restaurants erhältlich – man muss einfach nur danach fragen. Wir sind sehr froh, diese Klinik gefunden zu haben, und würden sie jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

My experience with the dentist has been only at the Kissdent clinic. I have always felt very good, and thanks to the service I received from Dr. Alba, my teeth are in perfect condition.

Sono molto contenta di essere stata alla clinica dentistica KissDent. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, educato e soprattutto professionale. Quello che mi ha particolarmente colpito è stato l’igiene, ogni cosa era pulita e sterile, inoltre gli attrezzi vengono scartati di fronte al paziente, garantendo fiducia e sicurezza. Tutte le ragazze che lavorano li non sono solo professionali, ma empatiche e attente, ti fanno sentire a proprio agio già dal primo momento. Il servizio era ottimo e il lavoro ai denti è stato realizzato con totale attenzione. Inoltre, posso dire che sono puntuali, cosa che valorizzo molto. Senza nessuna esitazione, lo suggerisco a tutti! Rimarrete veramente soddisfatti!☺️

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Το ιατρείο είναι σύγχρονο, καθαρό και πολύ φιλόξενο. Η οδοντίατρος ήταν επαγγελματίας, ευγενική και εξήγησε τα πάντα με ηρεμία και σαφήνεια. Αισθάνθηκα άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή και η θεραπεία ήταν ανώδυνη και αποτελεσματική. Το προσωπικό είναι εξυπηρετικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Our friend highly recommended this dental clinic. We scheduled a cleaning. This is a highly professional, modern, skilled clinic. The staff are well trained, polite, speak multiple languages and could be a role model for excellence in customer service. We are very pleased with the cleaning and cost. We would return to Albania and KissDent for dental care.

If you are in need of professional dental assistance this is the place you should consider. Unfortunately, for me, my situation is too advanced for their expertise but they were absolutely warm and caring. They provided me with vital information, both preventative for future problems and for care for my current situation. They are kind, caring and compassionate and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a superior location for your dental needs.

Sono stato da KISSDENT x rifare tutta l'arcata superiore, cosa dire se non il meglio, PROFESSIONALITÀ, QUALITÀ,,DISPONIBILITÀ, GENTILEZZA,PUNTUALITÀ, insomma tutto quello che uno vorrebbe trovare qui c'è. Sono stato assistito in tutto x tutto, mi hanno fornito un comodo appartamento nella zona più turistica in cui una passeggiata è d'obbligo tra i tanti ristoranti e negozi. Ringrazio ancora tutto lo STAFF sempre presente, in particolare la dottoressa ALBA, una vera professionista,gentile e sempre disponibile a spiegare tutto passo x passo. U grazie anche a RENATA, che mi ha seguito, sempre presente ad aiutarmi e informarmi di tutto,dalla partenza al ritorno. Insomma cosa dire se non il TOP💯!
