I had surgery in October 2022 after months of research. Surgery was successful and I’m 40kg down in 6 months. I was well cared for by the surgical team and hospital staff, received all my discharge information, medications and paperwork and excellent dietitian advice.

After a very long research and hesitation i came across dr uctum, and decided to gastric sleeve operation done. Iam grateful for the attention he has shown and thank him for changing my life forever. The whole process was very easy flowing and painless. He answered all of my questions no matter what the time was. 2 years down the line he never forgets to check up on me. after a long process of research, 5 months before, i found Dr Uctum by the means of my friends who are living in Birmingham,England as like me, i had lots of hesitation at first, but at our first conversation on phone, Dr Uctum made me relaxed by explaining all steps of sleeve surgery and made me confidence and i had decided to go on. Dr and his team behaved sincerely and operation had been completed successfully. after surgery, i didnt face with any pain or complications as well. until now i have lost 57 lbs. i feel myself lighter and lighter than past. i wish i hadn't been scared before. really thanx a lot and respect Dr Uctum and his team for my new, light and healty life!

Ive had my operation with Dr uctum in 2018, after 4 years of researching and considering i met dr uctum through my cousin who also had his gastric sleeve operation with dr uctum. The best thing ive done was to fly out from london and have this operation. He is the most attentive, caring and proffesional doctor ive met. 4 years down the line i could still contact him, and get the help i need not only regarding my gastric sleeve but any health concern. From the first consultation until i was discharged dr uctum has been next to me and answered all my questions and needs straight away. The after care in the hospital was brilliant, it was more like a hotel room than a hospital. I would like to thank to all of his team including the nurses and his assistants. Due to my pcos i was told that i could never conceive babies, however after having my operation a had two babies in a year. All thanks to yalim uctum. Ich war von ein halbes Jahr bei Dr. Yalim, ich habe meine Tochter operieren lassen, sie hat den Magenschlauch bekommen. In 5 Monaten hat Sie knapp 47 Kilo abgenommen und wir sind wunschlos glücklich. Recently in mid December I had a gastric sleeve surgery and hiatal hernia repair with Dr. Mehmet Yalım Uçtum and OBEZSTETICA izmir bariatrics. It was a really pleasant experience, everything was organized very well for me; a driver took me from the airport to Medicana International hospital, a lovely place to stay. I felt really comfortable and secure in the hands of Dr. Yalim and his team. The day after the surgery I was already fine, so the third day I had all post operation medical checks and I was discharged. We were accommodated in a lovely hotel just next to the see where me and my husband had a very nice weekend. During this time they kept on observing my medical condition. Finally, the fifth day after my surgery I was ready to go home. Of course, we had an organized transport to the airport and a lot of nice memories to remember from Izmir and our friends Yalım Uçtum and Tuğçe Aybek.

Anneme mide botoksu işlemi uygulattırdık. Kadın ölümlerden döndü. Her gün acillerdeydik, her akşam elim telefonda 112 çevrili bir şekilde bekliyordum. Hiçbir sağlık sorunu yoktu öncesinde, işlem sonrası nefes darlığı, iki günde bir boğulma, şiddetli baş ağrısı, idrar tutamama gibi belirtileri gördük. Boğulma en güçlü ve tehlikeyi oluşturdu bizim için. Ve doktor hiçbir şekilde bu süreçte yanımızda olmadı. Biz anestezi işleminde bir yanlışlık yapıldığını düşünüyoruz nasıl bir madde vücuda enjekte edildiyse... İşlemi yaptıralı 2 ay olmak üzere ve annem hala aynı boğulmaları yaşıyor, bugüne kadar hayatını kaybetmediyse bu bir şans. Hem maddi en çok da psikolojik olarak bize çok büyük sıkıntılar yaşattı bu doktor. Siz de bu duruma düşmek istemiyorsanız sizlere bir uyarı.
