J’ai vécu une belle expérience avec l’équipe de Mcan, mon intervention capillaire s’est bien déroulée, et le personnel a toujours été à mon service. Dejà 15 jours aujourd’hui que j’ai fait faire ma transplantation capillaire, et les cheveux commencent à pousser. Merci énormément 👍🏾

During the process with MCAN, they always paid special attention to my needs and provided a positive atmosphere in which they helped me a lot throughout the session. The process has been clarified and clearly explained pre and post op, even now I continue to be followed after post op, always being very accessible and in a way that meets my personal needs.

Très bon suivi, le personnel est adorable et très bien organisé. J'ai du changé d'avion deux fois à cause de gréve en France et ils ont tout fait pour me simplifier la vie. Mention spécial à Nikole et Cansu qui ont été d'une grande aide.

I have now had two fantastic experiences at MCAN Health center in Istanbul. The facilities are great and clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and are genuinely there to help achieve each patients goals. If anyone is looking to complete an FUE transplant MCAN is the place to go!

Clinic is really clean and the staff acted professionally. Really please with the treatment. Felt I could have been given more options with regards to the actual pictures of the hotels for me too choose and could have more drivers for the patients as the drive was under a lot of pressure having to drop 4 people off and pick 1 up. Feel an extra drive would have been better for the patients.

The travel planning was very clear, well-planned and everything was executed perfectly. The location of the hotel was very central, but not luxurious enough. The staff at MCAN Health replied very quickly to my inquires, providing fast service. Transportation between the clinic and the hotel can be better arranged. The clinic was hygienic, but can use some more decoration. The communication with the medical team as well as the medical plan was very professional. I had no problems whatsoever with the treatment.
