Ich hatte eine gute Erfahrung bei Nimclinic und bin schon auf das Ergebnis gespannt. Die Operation hat bei Vita Clinic stattgefunden, was eine kleinere Klinik ist. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass man deshalb mehr geschätzt wurde und die Ärzte und Mitarbeiter mehr Zeit mit einem genommen haben. Der Arzt, der den Plan auf dem Kopf gezeichnet hat, hat es sich wirklich gut angesehen und mit mit besprochen, was in meinem Fall am meisten Sinn macht. Der Übersetzer Ali war auch super und hat sich bestens um alles gekümmert.

Ich empfand das ganze Team rund um Kommunikationsmanager Ali als sehr professionell. Schon der Austausch per WhatsApp im Vorfeld war gut; vielleicht hätte man mehr mitteilen müssen, dass man sich bei Vollnarkose frühzeitig melden sollte. Vor Ort war alles strikt & gut organisiert; Ali als zentraler Ansprechpartner sorgte dafür, dass es kaum Sprachschwierigkeiten gab. Es wird alles gut erklärt, man bekommt die Infos auch schriftlich per WhatsApp. Die Klinik selbst wirkt modern, die Mitarbeiter sind jung, es wirkt sehr straff und professionell organisiert.

I was a bit nervous at first, but the clinic managed everything very well, including accommodations, transfers, and the surgery itself. Mehmet, my consultant, was great—he translated everything for me and answered all my questions. He also checked on me regularly during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout.

Als ich die Reise antrat, war ich ein bisschen aufgeregt. Doch durch die exzellente & sympathische Betreuung Mehmet 's von Anfang bis Ende habe ich mich nach kurzer Zeit richtig wohl gefühlt. Mehmet's Kompetenz stach extrem hervor, aber auch die des Rests des Teams war herausragend. Ich freue mich sehr, die Reise angetreten zu sein und kann es kaum erwarten, in ein paar Monaten das Resultat zu sehen. Ich durfte hier sehr positive Erfahrungen machen. Ich habe mich für eine Haartransplantation bei der Klinik entschieden und bin super zufrieden, sowohl mit dem Ergebnis, als auch mit der gesamten Klinik. Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend, man muss sich um wirklich fast nichts kümmern und es werden auf wünsche eingegangen. Es ist eigentlich ein rundum sorglos Paket. Auch nach der Behandlung ist das Team für ein da. Sie fragen monatlich nach, wie der Prozess der Heilung vorangeht und stehen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Dafür gibt es natürlich 5/5 Sterne. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen bei der Klinik eine Haartransplantation zu machen, man wird auf jeden Fall zufrieden raus gehen.
