I was struggling with Overweigh issues since 2008. with an average of 30 kg overweigh that I gained thought the years. After moving to Denmark I have started a healthier lifestyle but It wasn't enough. I even considered bypass surgery to help with weigh loss. That was too extreme. The first week of adjustment was a bit difficult but tolerable, the doctors were always available on call if I ever needed assistance or had questions. After the balloon insertion; the nutritionist was a key element in the journey. A monthly checkup with a food coach is included and she was a supportive and vital peace in this journey. So far I am 25kg down, happy healthy. I still have some more Kg to loose. But
