I went to Susan for our first session with my Son who is going through Anxiety OCD and Susan helped us so much, she tapped into my sons talent and taught him how to use the tools with her guidance on how he could take the seriousness away from his worrying thoughts , she had so much advice and time and kindness to help us, she did just as much for me observing the session on how to learn coping skills when your thoughts are on a merry go round, my Son said" that was a brilliant experience" when we left and I felt lighter as a parent and looking forward to learning more on our thoughts and how they work from Susan, for all the money we spend on our kids games and consoles this was the best money you could spend on your child's mental health and finding happiness in themselves

Can not recommend Susan enough. I was in such a difficult place in my life and after just two zoom sessions, the change was magical. Susan was such a great help to our family. She helped my daughter deal with her fear of dogs. She is still not a fan of them, but no longer gets panicked when she sees one. She also helped with general anxiety and worry. Her method of mixing CBT and Hypnosis was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Susan.
