I can’t express my disappointment in the service provided by ADHD360 enough. The take home message is; once you’ve paid for your package you will not be provided the service promised and the systems put in place are seemingly purpose built to make access to staff difficult and inhibit the access of those with ADHD from obtaining the services they have paid for. I would appreciate a response to discuss my concerns as I can’t wait over an hour on hold again only to have your phones hang up on me once I reach position 2 in line to be answered.
