I have struggled with my weight for years now, causing myself to lack confidence and self worth. I have tried many diets and set myself rules, the last one being, I could only have chocolate when I walked home, what I hadn't eaten by half way had to go in the bin, I just found myself walking much slower :-) I then contacted Mr Hamouda regarding a gastric band procedure, he was extremely attentive to accuracy and detail, with a calming aura. It is just over a year now since I had my band fitted, I have lost a considerable amount of weight. I am feeling more confident each day.
