Allan is an absolute gent and helped me declutter my thoughts and feelings. I thought it would be a long and difficult journey but it was a relaxed atmosphere, and in that comfortable safe space I began to see myself and like myself … just me as I am!
It never once felt like a stuffy therapy session…. Allan says it like it is, and therefore I could too. He is a genuinely likeable, nice guy with a sense of humour and I’d highly recommend him !!
