I am a trained Ayurvedic Massage Therapist who received my education in Pune under the guidance of renowned professionals, Dr. Salil Joglekar and Dr. Neha. Additionally, I have pursued Massage Therapy courses in Valencia, Barcelona, and Madrid. In Dublin, I studied Anatomy & Physiology, obtained certification as a Reflexologist, and completed a 2-year Diploma in Medical Acupressure, which allowed me to become a Tuina Practitioner.
Recognizing the interconnectedness of Yoga and Ayurveda, I obtained my Yoga Teacher certification (200 hours) to gain a deeper understanding of the human body and enhance my skills as an Ayurveda Massage Therapist. I also hold a degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and am a registered member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland. Currently, I am pursuing Chinese Herbal Medicine studies in the UK and have achieved CHM Dip certification.
